Wieneke Bras

After having worked in the Middle East for 10 years, Wieneke works since 2017 out of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as an independent Business Implementation Consultant. 

Wieneke is a change management and sales operations specialist with over 10 years of experience in project management, specializing in complex CRM implementations in a multicultural context. She furthermore has experience in setting up and managing a customer service department, streamlining sales operations processes and sales effectiveness improvement. She has worked across various industries, such as Banking, Oil & Gas, Automotive and Real Estate, with currently a strong focus on financial services.

Her strengths are her change management skills, strong analytical focus and ability to manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve the project objectives on time and within budget. 

Wieneke holds a Master of Science degree in General Management from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands, as well as a Bachelor degree in International Business and Languages.

  • Business implementation of the Digital transformation of a large German Private Bank, involving shifts to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Temenos Triple A Plus and Fenergo. (in progress)
  • Developed and successfully implemented for a multinational organisation across the Middle East & Africa
  • Trained over 100+ end users from various nationalities on CRM processes
  • Successfully transformed the organizational mindset of a real estate development company from B2B to B2C and provided the tools to approach their new target market in a sustainable manner
